Woman abducted with infant in care charged with endangerment

Lacey Victoria Moore drove slightly over a yellow line in PA back in February while driving with her infant and a female friend. Suddenly flashing lights lit up in her rear view mirror.

She pulled over and was asked to step out of the vehicle. As her child still say in it's car seat, men with guns began to loot her vehicle and stole the very small amount of Cannabis that was found inside. Moore was taken to a nearby interment camp and released on ransom.

On Friday June 19th Moore's kidnappers accused her of child endangerment and a state official backed up the claim. No wrong doing to the child was reported in the incident aside from it being witness to the robbery and abduction of it's mother.
