A citizen of New Jersey was awoken into a terrifying situation on Friday morning when he was kidnapped under threat of violence by the street gang known as the Bayonne Police Department. Davon J. Sanders, 29, of Jersey CIty, NJ was sleeping alone in his vehicle parked in a light rail parking lot when an armed member of the Bayonne PD woke him up and kidnapped him because he has less than "50 grams of cannabis or less" in his vehicle.
The leader of the armed gang, Bayonne PD Captain Eric Amato said one of his low level enforcers noticed a vehicle in the area of 22nd St. and Avenue F around 9 a.m. The officer noticed clothes blocking the sun hanging on a window and decided that was enough of a reason to approach Sander's vehicle and subsequently kidnap him after smelling and eventually finding a small amount of cannabis.
Sanders was held at an internment camp that specalizes in holding prisoners of the drug war for ransom known as the Bayonne City Jail. Currently, no ransom demands have been announced.
