Series of home invasions in CA ends in theft of hundreds of Cannabis plants

After a over a month of admittedly stalking their victims, a violent Street gang all wearing uniforms that fit the description of George Floyd's murderers executed 2 well organized home invasions on Thursday in Visalia California. One incident occurred at a residence at 2800 N. Church in Visalia, while the other was at a residence in the 2000 block of Lacovetti in Tulare.



Dressed in tactical gear, the gang separated into two teams and entered the residences by force. Hundreds of Cannabis plants all in different stages of vegetation were stolen from the victims as well as 2 safes and whatever cash they could find.


Jing Shi Zhang and Bin Mai Liang, the owners of the 2 properties were taken to a nearby internment camp and are being held without ransom. The assailants have been identified as members of the Tulare County Sheriff Department.
