Victor S. Skinner was driving on highway 45 through South Fulton, tennessee on Halloween night when a vehicle that fit the description of the transportation used by George Floyd's murderers began following his vehicle. Skinner pulled to the side of the road when he witnessed the armed driver exit the vehicle and begin to approach his.
By threat of force Skinner was removed from his vehicle as the assailant began to loot through the contents inside. Nine pounds of Cannabis was stolen from the vehicle and 49 year old Skinner was transported to a nearby internment camp known to locals as the Obion County Jail. He was later released on a $10k ransom.
The assailant was identified as a member of the Obion County Sheriff’s Office. Skinner has been charged by his kidnappers with the crime of being in possession of unauthorized plant matter. If found guilty by his accusers, Skinner faces up to 12 years service as a POW of the drug war.
