Padres’ Luis Campusano taken by forced and robbed in Georgia

San Diego Padres catcher Luis Campusano was driving near his home in Augusta Georgia Tuesday evening when a vehicle that fit the description of the transportation used by George Floyd's murderers pulled him over. An armed man approved his vehicle and l and by threat of force demanded that Campusano exit his vehicle.

The armed assailant then began looting through the contents in Campusano's vehicle, stealing the 79 grams of cannabis found inside. Campusano was then transported to a local internment camp.

The assailant was identified as a member of the Grovetown Police Department. Campusano has been charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, an action that holds up to a 10 year sentence as a POW of the drug war in the state of Georgia.
