NY man robbed of weed in police parking lot

Arturo Munoz was waiting in the Parking lot of the Middletown Police Department with the intent to make a transaction with another man for his motorcycle when a member of the department approached his vehicle and began to interrogate him.

According to reports, the officer claimed to smell cannabis in the vicinity and looted through the Munoz's vehicle eventually stealing the small amount of weed inside and eventually arresting him. No victims were noted in this case with the exception of Mr Munoz.
