Man stalked for 6 mo. Kidnapped in Utah

23-year-old Justin Rasah Marion, most well known locally as "VitusGod" on Snapchat has been hosting Taco Sesh's in Salt Lake Country and Beaver County Utah since at least the beginning of 2019. He would advertise his community get together through snapchat and participants would come together to share hope and inspiration… and tacos!

Earlier this week as Marion was parked at the Smith's grocery store on N Freedom Blvd in Provo he was approached by a group of armed men all fitting the description of Freddy Gray and George Floyd's murderers. By threat of violence the gang forced him out of his vehicle and began looting through the contents inside.

The gang stole the small amount of Cannabis present in Marion's vehicle and took him to a nearby Internment camp. The assailants have been identified as members of the Utah County Major Crimes Unit. With no violence or victims reported, it is unclear what"major crime" was being committed that prompted Marion's kidnapping.

Detectives with the Utah County Major Crimes Unit admit to stalking Marion both virtually and physically since February of 2020 which led to his eventual kidnapping.

Records indicate members of this violent street gang have been victimizing Marion since 2018 both in Utah and Arizona. After his previous kidnappings he was labeled as a criminal by judicial officials working in tandem with the well organized street gang. There have been no reports of violent acts, theft or victimization on the part of Justin Rasah Marion in any previous reporting.

He is being held as a POW of the drug war and had been accused of the following "crimes":

  • Possession or use of a controlled substance marijuana/spice; class B misdemeanor

  • Use or possession of drug paraphernalia; class B misdemeanor

  • Two counts of drug possession with the intent to distribute; second-degree felonies

  • Possession or use of a controlled substance; class B misdemeanor

  • Purchase, possession, consume by a minor, measurable amounts; class B misdemeanor

  • Dangerous drugs - NCIC (Arizona warrant)

If found guilty Marion faces up to 20 years of internment.
