Kidnapped over cannabis in Connecticut

23 year old Don Harris of New Haven was stopped by the police over the weekend for speeding through Chautauqua County in Connecticut. He pulled over and awaited the officers approach expecting to receive a citation for a traffic violation. Instead the officer ordered him to step out of the vehicle by threat of violence.

Once Harris was removed from the vehicle the officer began looting through its contents and stealing the 2 ounces of Cannabis inside as well as the man's firearm.

Harris was taken by force to the Chautauqua County Jail and is being held without ransom.
