Kentucky man kidnapped over weed in Wyoming for 2nd time in less than 3 months

21 year old Avion Cavitt was driving eastbound on I-80 through Cheyenne Wyoming on the afternoon of December 2nd when a vehicle fitting the description of the transportation used by Breyonna Taylor’s murders began to follow him. Cavitt slowed down and pulled to the side of the road as he witnessed two armed individuals step out and begin to approach his vehicle.

By threat of force, Cavitt was removed from his vehicle and placed into a caged area in the back of the vehicle that was following him. At this point, the armed men began looting through the contents inside of the red sedan. Inside, the 10 pounds of cannabis, undisclosed amount of THC edibles and 9mm handgun that belonged to Cavitt was stolen by the perpetrators during the roadside invasion.

The assailants were identified as members of the Wyoming Highway Patrol. Cavitt was transported to a nearby internment camp. Cavitt stood before his accusers on December 4th and was charged with multiple “crimes” including possession with intent to distribute, joy riding and driving on a suspended license. If found guilty he could face up to 15 years service as a POW of the Drug War.

The red sedan that Cavitt was driving had been rented in the name of an associate of his from an unnamed rental car company. Unfortunately, Cavitt’s name was not included on the paperwork with the rental company because his Kentucky license was suspended.

Cavitt was one of 4 victims of a home invasion in Kentucky reported on by Platoon 420 where 2 pounds of cannabis and over 100 packages of edibles were stolen.
