26 year old defensive tackle Daniel Ross was arrested in TX Wednesday Morning after police approached his vehicle claiming he was playing his music too loud.
TMZ obtained dash cam footage of the arrest showing the Frisco officer approaching Ross’ vehicle and explaining to him that it is “unlawful” to have his music playing loud enough for anyone standing 30 ft away to hear it.
The officer then orders Ross out of his vehicle telling him it “reeked” of cannabis asking when the last time someone smoked in the vehicle. Ross responded with “I don’t know? Last night” at which point officers place him in handcuffs.
He was charged with possession of marijuana. Cowboys representatives have not returned comment to any major media outlet at this time.
