Cab driver catches attempted kidnapping in action

Larry Wallace of Taxi Talk Radio out of Baltimore, MD pulled up on a rather unsettling scene on Monday afternoon. He noticed a young man in his vehicle surrounded by men with hands on their guns attempting to get into his vehicle. He bravely stopped and went live on facebook with what ended up being just under 2 hours worth of footage.

The assailants in badges claimed they smelled weed in the young mans vehicle then continued to intimidate him on the side of the otherwise peaceful Baltimore neighborhood.
