51 Pot Plants Stolen in Colorado DEA Raid

Tuesday morning, members of the DEA and CBI invaded the home of a cannabis farmer in Pueblo Colorado. The owners were not home at the time of the unauthorized entry and no one was injured. Authorities are now looking for information to help lead to the abduction of these peaceful farmers.


In the state of Colorado (county dependent) residents over the age of 21 are permitted to cultivate up to 6 plants, 3 of which can be in the flowering stages.


KRDO Reports: DEA, CBI recover 51 cannabis plants during raid in Pueblo West


"An illegal cannabis grow operation in Pueblo West was raided Tuesday morning by agents with the DEA and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Agents, with help from Colorado State Patrol and the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office, confiscated around 51 plants of illegal cannabis from inside a home on the 1300 block of Bear Lane, according to law enforcement at the scene.
The crews entering the residential home also removed a several pieces of equipment used to operate the cannabis grow.
Just moments after the raid, CBI crews took the plants to a safe location to be burned."
