$40k and 5 pounds of weed stolen in violent property invasion

A Fall River Mass. apartment unit on Kennedy street was entered by force and threat of violence Friday morning. The resident, 20 year old Kevin Nunes was met by a gang of armed men all fitting the description of Breyona Taylor's murderers who began violently looting through the property inside. The gang stole $40,000 in cash, 5.7 pounds of Cannabis, various pipes & baggies, a covid mask, sun gun and a pistol from the scene. Nunes was transported to a nearby internment camp.

The assailants identified themselves as members of the Fall River Police Department working in collaboration with Fall River gang and vice detectives, the Southeastern Massachusetts FBI Gang Task Force, members of the Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit, the Southeastern Massachusetts Gang Task Force, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Nunes is currently being held as a POW of the drug war and had been charged by his captors with the crimes of "possession (with intent) to distribute marijuana, unlawful possession of a stun gun, possession of a non-large-capacity firearm in a home, and two counts of ammunition possession without an FID card" according to a local press release.
