A group of armed assailants all fitting the description of Breyona Taylor's murderers came to the door of Cajun Cannabis in Louisiana and forced their way inside by threat of violence. Once inside the gang began looting through the business stealing a total of $32k worth cannabis products including 3 cannabis plants, 1,336.5 grams of cannabis and 2.6 grams of hash.
Karlie Laine Lantier (Bellard), 27, and Jordan Folks, 19, both employees of the dispensary were taken hostage and sent to a local internment camp.
The looters obtained information leading them to the home business owner, Travis DeYoung. The gang packed up and made their way to his home and forced their way inside. 11 grams of cannabis, 4 grams of THC wax and a 1 gram THC keef pod cartridge were stolen from DeYoungs home and he was taken to a local internment camp.
The assailants have been identified as members of the Louisiana State Police, working in collaboration with The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.
This marks the second time DeYoung's dispensary was invaded by this violent street gang, the last being in April of 2019.
