3 Taken by Force in Texas over Cannabis Possession

26-year-old Joshua DeLeon, 17-year-old Daniel Davila, and a 16-year-old juvenile were taken by threat of force into cages on Friday in Elsa Texas after the unauthorized entry of their home and the discovery of "marijuana packaged for distribution" by Police.

The 3 were taken into custody and held on ransom's up to $30k. DeLeon was charged with possession of over 5 ounces but less than five pounds of marijuana. Davila was charged with resisting arrest and the juvenile was charged with resisting transport and possession of over two ounces of marijuana and the juvenile was transported to a juvenile housing facility.
