21 y/o Charged with Operating a Drug Factory

STAMFORD advocate reports - "A 21-year-old Stamford man was arrested Friday after police found two pounds of marijuana and 89 THC filled vaping cartridges during a traffic stop, police said. During the stop, police iofficers detected a very strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The operator, Jessy Pedraza, of Houston Terrace, to having smoked marijuana earlier in the day.

Officers then located two pounds of marijuana and 89 THC filled vaping cartridges. Pedraza was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and possession of marijuana. Pedraza was held on a $15,000 cash bond with a court date of Jan. 30."
