2,400+ pot plants destroyed in violent CA home invasion

On August 5th the residents of a farm in Alta California were terrified to find that a gang of armed men all fitting the description of George Floyd's Murderers were assembled in front of their farm. The gang forced it's way inside the property looting through the contents in the home and destroying the crops on the farm.

In total, 400 recently harvested cannabis plants, 2,400 unharvested cannabis plants and 200 pounds of processed cannabis were stolen from the property. The 6 men present at the time of the home invasion were taken to a nearby internment camp and later posted a ransom for their temporary release.

The victims have been identified as Adrian Regino, 19, of Watsonville; Humberto Chomo, 22, of Concord; Onorio Delacruz, 23, of Watsonville; Meliton Hernandez-Velasco, 25, of Taft; Jose Checo, 30, of Richmond and Cerillo Delacruz, 38, of Watsonville.

The assailants have been identified as members of the Placer County Sheriff’s Office who have accused their victims of committing crimes without citing any violent acts committed or victims created by the farmers. If found guilty the 6 farmers could serve up to 20 years as POW's of the Drug War.
