Colin D. Sizemore, 21, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with an invalid license plate, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Sizemore was sentenced Dec. 20 to a 12-month reserved sentence, three years of community control, and three years of discretionary post-release control. Judge Trimmer.
Jeffrey G. Daniel, Jr., 46, of Groveport, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor; and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree felony. Daniel was sentenced Dec. 20 to a 36-month reserved sentence, three years of community control, and three years of discretionary post-release control. Judge Trimmer.
Joshua Alan Dunnington, 45, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty/no contest to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree felony; driving under suspension, an unlisted misdemeanor; and failing to pay taxes or re-register a motor vehicle, a minor misdemeanor. Dunnington was sentenced Dec. 23 to a 10-month reserved sentence at the Fairfield County Jail, three years of community control, three years discretionary post-release control, $1,050 in fines, and a suspended drivers license for 180 days beginning Dec. 23, 2019. Bryan I. WIlliams, 40, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Williams was sentenced Dec. 20 to 24 months in prison and three years of discretionary post-release control. Judge Trimmer.
James D. Atkinson, 21, of Athens, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor; and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Atkinson was sentenced Dec. 20 to a 10-month reserved sentence, three years of community control, and three years of discretionary post-release control. Judge Trimmer.
