2 men have been arrested following a "drug investigation"in West Virginia. On November 6th Deputies arrived at a residence located on Whitman Creek Road as the residents were in the driveway presumably leaving the house.
According to an article published by the Logan Bannar "Deputy Mathis sounded his horn in an attempt to let the vehicle know that he was behind him; however, Gossett failed to stop and struck Mathis’ cruiser. Upon speaking with Gossett, deputies say a strong odor of suspected marijuana could be smelled from inside the vehicle."
Deputies performed a search of the driver to find a small bag of cannabis in his pocket. They went on to search the vehicles at the scene and recovered 258 gram of crystal Meth, Less than 1 lb of cannabis and persecution pills.
Darrell Markeis Gossett, 33, of Columbus, Ohio and Brandon Thomas Christian, 30, of Logan were arrested and taken to the local correctional facility. Both men have been released on bond and will appear in court.
